Artist Reception
at First Canadian Place Gallery

You are invited to an exclusive reception celebrating a retrospective of photographer Barbara Cole’s work at First Canadian Place Gallery in Toronto. This exhibition is part of Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival and features works from Cole’s four most recent bodies of work: Figure Painting, Falling Through Time, Meditations/Miroir d’eau, and Duplicity.

The reception will be hosted by Bau-Xi Photo at Toronto’s First Canadian Place Gallery on Thursday, May 10th, 2018, with the entire exhibition running April 17th – May 31st, 2018 at FCP Gallery.

Barbara Cole is an award-winning Canadian artist who is known for her distinct underwater photography. Cole’s ethereal imagery continues to gain global acclaim. She recently received multiple honorable mentions for her last two bodies of work (Tokyo International Foto awards and International Color Awards and London International Creative Competition).
